This is a very well-crafted backpack: It’s small and light, yet with enough padding to keep my 15″ MacBook Pro safe without a sleeve, and enough extra space to throw in my iPad, power cords, a mouse, lock, etc. Unless you need to carry around heavy books or a full-sized projector, this bag has more than enough room for you. It also has nice tight straps (other backpacks I’ve tried tend to loosen as I wear them, requiring me to constantly readjust them) and an aesthetically pleasing design free of superfluous decorative elements.
The one change I would make to this backpack is the front pocket. Right now, there’s just a small pocket (above the Belkin logo) with an even smaller zipper; it’s well-padded and suitable for business cards. You can also squeeze a couple of pens in there, and maybe some eyedrops. There are also small pockets on the inside-front. But it’d be nice if those items were more accessible.

I use this backpack for a small Dell laptop, and one 3-subject spiral notebook. It works great! Some of the other backpacks I looked at were so big and bulky. This one is small and sleek. I keep my charger in the long front pocket on the outside, and the small front pocket on the outside is perfect for my blackberry.

Had a knee replacement and looking for a light weight backpack that could carry my laptop. This is perfect for my laptop and a book and small amount of paper plus a small purse. I am enjoying it.

I was looking for a slim backpack to use to haul my laptop and files back and forth to work, as well as for business travel. I’ve been told by my chiropractor to stop hanging a heavy laptop bag off of my shoulder as it is causing physical issues, however, I don’t want to look like I’m off for a hiking weekend or am a kid hauling school books around. I recently took a business trip involving 5 airports and really wished I had something like this!
This is big enough for my laptop, Kindle, the power cord, mouse and a few files (plus a lipstick and pack of gum.) The weight is centered perfectly so that I hardly feel it and the padded straps are extremely comfortable. My business environment is business casual, so the Belkin is quite suitable for my purposes. I’m also not tempted to overload it since it is so slim. Some of the other reviews have lamented the lack of space, however, it is what it says it is – slim. Enjoy!
